Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and courier service:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the courier service, Sannai Technology is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

5. Order Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can assist you promptly.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
