Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Items marked as non-returnable, clearance, or final sale are not eligible for return.
Returns requested after 3 days may not be accepted.
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide photos or proof of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Partial refunds may be issued if the product is returned damaged, used, or missing accessories.
For product exchanges, customers should return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.
