  • Items marked as non-returnable, clearance, or final sale are not eligible for return.

  • Returns requested after 3 days may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  • If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos or proof of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if the product is returned damaged, used, or missing accessories.

5. Exchanges

For product exchanges, customers should return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.

6. Non-Returnable Items
